Dr. Irfan Ahmed Khan is an experienced engineering, environmental, climate, and urban infrastructure professional with over two decades of experience spanning consulting, research, academia, project management, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as Director at Qubec Consultants (Pvt) Ltd., where he contributes to the planning, management, and delivery of development and infrastructure consulting assignments. He holds a PhD in Urban Infrastructure Engineering, a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, completed in 2002.

With more than 20 years of experience leading both corporate and welfare organisations, Dr. Khan has developed extensive expertise in urban planning, sustainable development, climate and disaster risk management, environmental and social safeguards, environmental impact assessment, policy development and evaluation, system dynamics, complex problem solving, GIS, and infrastructure asset management.
